Entry to the school begins with a meeting with the Headmaster. This can be arranged, at your convenience, through the School Secretary, Mrs Sweeney. Children may be present for this meeting. The meeting would normally last for 30 to 45 minutes. There will then follow a tour of the school concluding, where possible, with a meeting of the specific class teacher / teachers of the classes which your children would join.

The school requires a copy of any recent reports or assessments that your children may have, along with a reference from your children's current school. If possible, assessments should be provided in advance and be stipulated 'for the attention of the Deputy Head'.

Children are then invited to a 'taster day'. Formal assessment does not take place at this stage. In the first instance we would like your children to have an enjoyable first experience of the school. Assessment will be informal but, should the school feel unable to accept your children, you will be fully informed as to the reasons for this decision.

A deposit is required on acceptance of the place.
