Science
The Science Department provides courses for all our students that are relevant, stimulating and interesting. In Years 3 to 6 the teaching schemes are based on the requirements for Key Stage 2. Key Stage 3 is followed by Years 7 and 8. In parallel to this any additional requirements needed to cover the ISEB (Independent Schools Examination Board) Common Entrance examinations are incorporated. The courses give the students an appreciation of science and they provide continuity and progression in the development of knowledge, understanding, practical skills and appropriate attitudes and provide a firm foundation for further study.
